The factory covers an area more than 16,000 square meters and the building covers more than 12,000 square meters, which including work shop for 8,000 square meters, assist facilities such as warehouse, laboratory, assemble lines cover more than 1,500 square meters. The factory has passed ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO18001 international regulations. And the management of factory is strictly based on international 5S standard.
Office
The office building covers 1500 square meters. It equips Sales department office, R&D department office, QC department office, Purchase department office, meeting rooms, archives room and other functional offices.
Laboratory Center
The laboratory center covers around 360 square meters, and its main function is making performance tests for different kinds of damping device. The laboratory is consist of a testing device for constant spring hanger, a static testing device for dampers, a dynamic testing device for dampers, a testing device for pulling and compressing spring, and a dynamic testing platform with 3530KN loading ability(the largest testing platform in China). All these testing devices can provide different performance tests for different damping devices with different ability sufficiently.
Storage Center
The storage center covers around 1,000 square meters. It is used for storing raw material, semi-finished products and finished products. The storage center strictly follow the international 5S standard and all the functional areas are separated based on different storage requirement. With scientific management, the storage center can match factory’s storage requirement sufficiently.
Dirt-free assemble workshop
The factory equipped a dirt-free assemble workshop for final assembling work for the hydraulic snubbers. This workshop is an individual, dedicated and professional workplace with equipped with professional devices to match the high standard requirement of hydraulic snubbers for nuclear grade using.
